It took about 5 months to reach my fitness goals. I set myself the goal of losing weight and getting back in shape because I had let myself go, and I wanted to start taking backing full control of my life.
It didn't happen overnight, but it did happen eventually, and now working out and going to the gym is a big part of my life once again. But this time, it's different. Now I've fully embraced it as a huge part of my life. I changed my diet, my approach to the gym, and much more.
Going to the gym this time around has completely changed how I think and feel about the concept, and tbh, it's changed my life. This episode of the podcast is all about how I got back into training, the ins and outs of my training, and the fitness journey so far.
